Returns & Exchanges

At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
